Rental information for joining Live Oak Massage in Milton, FL

5341 Stewart Street at the corner of Ravine and Stewart Streets.

and roughly across the street from Whataburger. 

We are a Massage Therapy Practice looking to gather outstanding complementary service providers and support their growing or already thriving business.

UPDATE: We are currently fully occupied, but still welcome inquiries from businesses interested in renting, should an opportunity come up in the future.

Rental Agreement

  • This is a 12x13 Room that will be shared with other businesses

  • There IS the possibility of full-time, single business occupancy: let Carrie know if you're interested in this as well!

  • Available mid-October

  • Part-time shared room rate with a 6 Month contract term -OR- hourly/drop-in rate with no minimum contract term 

  • Part-time & Full-time rent is due the prior month for the coming month

  • You are responsible for your laundry, consumables and all cleaning/sanitation supplies for your room

  • Room available:

    • 156 Square Feet - 12x13, some furniture included

    • Dedicated Mini-Split unit and ceiling fan

    • Includes fully furnished lobby, entrance and bathroom shared with other service providers
