Rental information for joining Live Oak Massage in Milton, FL
5341 Stewart Street at the corner of Ravine and Stewart Streets.
It's the dark grey house next to the Milton Fire Department
and roughly across the street from Whataburger.
We are a Massage Therapy Practice looking to gather outstanding complementary service providers and support their growing or already thriving business.
We currently have a room-share available for tenured, local LMTs.
You must be professional and dedicated to helping clients. We maintain a high standard for client interactions and environment; we are not casual about how we treat clients, nor the environment we cultivate for them.

Rental Agreement

This is a 12x13 Room that will be shared with other businesses

Part-time shared room rate with a 6 Month contract term -OR- hourly/drop-in rate with no minimum contract term -OR- a mix of the two

Part-time rent is due the prior month for the coming month

You are responsible for your laundry, consumables and all cleaning/sanitation supplies for the room

156 Square Feet - 12x13, fully furnished: including table, table warmer, hot towel cabinet

Dedicated Mini-Split unit and ceiling fan

Includes fully furnished lobby, entrance and bathroom shared with other service providers

Referrals with an established & heavily booked massage therapy practice

Online booking tool and digital intake form process (compliant with newly passed house bill 197.) You must be willing to use MassageBook. You manage your own individual profile that's added to the Live Oak Massage business listing

Massage Establishment and FL Department of Health inspections managed

We utilize a 30 Minute recovery time between each client: room to flex if a client is delayed and no frantic rushing between sessions.

Live Oak Massage holds a client waitlist; if you are newer to establishing your business, it is very likely you will grow to a sustainable client base here.
You must:

possess our same high standard for client interactions and environment

be willing to implement our practice standardized cleaning and sanitizing processes

wear scrubs

be responsible for your laundry and consumables

accept debit/credit cards as one of your payment options
-
set your rates to within $5 of our practice baseline for new clients; charge your established clients whatever you like
