Rental information for joining Live Oak Massage in Milton, FL

and roughly across the street from Whataburger. 

We are a Massage Therapy Practice looking to gather outstanding complementary service providers and support their growing or already thriving business.

You must be professional and dedicated to helping clients. We maintain a high standard for client interactions and environment.

Rental Agreement

  • Room will be available Spring, 2023 (Has hosted a chiropractor that has grown and expanded to a new facility to bring on Associates and Partners.)

  • Flexible term commitments; 1 month notice required

  • Full-time room rate, plus applicable sales tax. Part-time rates are dependent on interest from 2 or more providers willing to share the room.  Please let us know if you'd be interested in this as well!

  • Rent due the prior month for the coming month

  • You are responsible for your laundry, consumables and all cleaning/sanitation supplies for your room

  • Room available:

    • 156 Square Feet - 12x13

    • Dedicated Mini-Split unit and ceiling fan

    • Includes fully furnished lobby, entrance and bathroom shared with one other provider.  

    • Room is large enough for a comfortable client relaxation & treatment space, desk and small retail space.
