Martha holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and is a certified life coach. She has 30 years of experience serving in various positions such as a job coach, professional development coach, reading coach, volleyball coach, and teacher mentor. Over this period of time she has refined her mentoring and coaching skills into an art of helping others discover and follow through with ways to have a more fulfilled life.
She believes using an approach that is a mixture of mentoring (incorporating her expertise and authenticity) and life coaching (designing the plan solely on the client's wishes) sets TRANSFORM Mentoring and Coaching apart from others that offer similar services.
