Rental information for joining Live Oak Massage in Milton, FL
UPDATE: We are currently fully occupied, but still welcome inquiries from businesses interested in renting, should an opportunity come up in the future.

Located at 5341 Stewart Street at the corner of Ravine and Stewart Streets. It's the dark grey house next to the Milton Fire Department and roughly across the street from Whataburger.

We are a Massage Therapy Practice looking to gather outstanding service providers and support their growing or already thriving business.

You must be professional and dedicated to helping clients. We maintain a high standard for client interactions and environment.

Rental Agreement

  • Room will be available TBD 

  • Flexible term commitments; 30 day notice required for full-time renters

  • Full or part-time room rates available, plus applicable sales tax

  • Rent due the prior week/day/month for the coming week/day/month

  • Available 6 days a week with mutually agreed upon day for closure to clean and restock common areas.

  • You must be willing to implement our practice standardized cleaning and sanitizing processes as well as stick to the general practice esthetic with your decor choices. We all wear scrubs. 

  • You must be willing to use MassageBook if you want new clients. You manage your own individual profile that's added to the Live Oak Massage business listing.

  • You must accept debit/credit cards as one of your payment options

  • You are responsible for your laundry, consumables and all cleaning/sanitation supplies for your room (Hourly renters are only responsible for sheets/linens & lotion)

  • Room available:

    • TBD Square Feet 

    • Furnished, partially-furnished or unfurnished

    • Utilities included.Wi-Fi included, but not guaranteed.

    • Dedicated mini-split for individual room temperature control (room dependant)
