Room available for hourly rent at Live Oak Massage in Milton, FL
 

We are located at 5341 Stewart Street at the corner
of Ravine and Stewart Streets.
It's the dark grey house next to the Milton Fire Department
and roughly across the street from Whataburger. 

We are a Massage Therapy Practice looking to gather outstanding service providers and support their growing or already thriving business.
We currently have a room available for an hourly rate for tenured, local LMTs starting this summer.  

You must be professional and dedicated to helping clients.  We maintain a high standard for client interactions and environment. Please do not just stop by; we're by appointment only.

• Take advantage of our viewership.  We will advertise your upcoming availability on our social media and feature you on our website.
• No term commitments; you will pay the day of for every half hour that you are PHYSICALLY ON-SITE
• Feel free to offer your card to any clients you work with.  We want to support your growth and a community awareness of exceptional LMTs in our area.
 

Rental Agreement

  • No commitments - it is strongly recommended that if you wish to book new clients, let Carrie know which days/times you'd like open a week in advance.  This gives clients time to see the spots and book.  

  • 30 Minute facility rental rate (does not include applicable sales tax) from the time you arrive to the time you leave. 

  • Rent due the day of use

  • You must:

    • be willing to implement our practice standardized cleaning and sanitizing processes

    • wear scrubs 

    • be responsible for your laundry and consumables

    • accept debit/credit cards as one of your payment options

Business enhancing perks that are included

  • Online booking tool and digital intake form process (compliant with newly passed house bill 197.) You must be willing to use MassageBook if you want new clients. You manage your own individual profile that's added to the Live Oak Massage business listing.

  • We utilize a 30 Minute recovery time between each client: room to flex if a client is delayed and no frantic rushing between sessions.

  • Flexible hours for access when you need it up to 7p. 

  • Consistent and pervasive Massage Therapy Practice advertising

  • LMT promotion on social media

  • LMT feature on website

  • Some graphic design consultation; branded graphics for you to use to advertise your time availability at the practice

  • Work in a supportive, positive and polished environment

  • Live Oak Massage holds a client waitlist; if you are newer to establishing your business, it is very likely you will grow to a sustainable client base here.

  • Easy location less than a quarter mile from US-90 with plenty of dedicated parking

  • Semi-furnished rooms with rugs, storage, hot towel warmers and bluetooth speakers

  • Small kitchen area with fridge and microwave
