Abby is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel balanced, cared for and truly seen. She has a bachelors in Kinesiology and specialized in therapeutic work & prenatal massage.  She has worked extensively in physical therapy, chiropractic and spa environments. Abby enjoys combining deep tissue work, relaxation techniques, cupping and customized add-ons to meet each client exactly where they are. Whether a client needs targeted pain relief, stress reduction or a moment of calm, her goal is always to create a space where their body can reset and facilitate healing.
