Overall please remember to be considerate of the 7 other providers in the building with their clients; all of which can be present 7 days a week.
Always maintain a quality client environment.
Protect client information and session integrity.

Stewart Street Lobby

First thing you do upon arrival: Lock the Stewart Street door behind you, pull out the smart routine guide below and turn on the Stewart Street Lobby & Ravine Street Lobby (if not already on)

Last thing you do before you leave: Pull out the smart routine guide below and turn off the Stewart Street Lobby & Ravine Street Lobby (if you're the last to leave)

Try your best to keep clients quiet in the hallway (this is near impossible with some clients, it's understandable.)

Close the session room door during intake chats

Loud conversations in the Stewart Street Lobby are heard in the other session room and Hannah/Carrie's room.

Check your client out in the Stewart Street lobby if you like; also free to have them exit that way if they prefer.

You must be out by 7p or text Carrie ahead of time; everything turns off and alarm turns on at 7:15p

The lobbies and session rooms belong to the clients. Please keep all personal items unrelated to the service out of sight.
